SPINNING

Group Cycling is an indoor cycling program, that is more like a high-powered aerobics class than a nice, relaxing ride through a park.  It is a great workout for people at any level of fitness, cyclist or not.  LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE!

A total body workout with low impact.  Utilizes aerobic steps and light weights.

An intense cardio workout that increases coordination and helps shed pounds fast!
