Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program Designed for individuals with moderate to severe arthritic conditions. Exercise is done in 88 degree water. No swimming skills are required.

Senior Coffee House Come enjoy a relaxed hour with friends. Play cards, chess, or checkers... discuss books...eat snacks...drink coffee... or just enjoy conversation with others.
