Water Strength Training Requires no swimming skills. Low impact exercises geared toward participant's level of fitness. First class is free.

Senior Strength Training Program is developed especially for our senior population. Exercise are designed to maintain muscle mass and metabolism, reduce body fat, lower blood pressure, and help participants stay independent.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program Designed for individuals with moderate to severe arthritic conditions. Exercise is done in 88 degree water. No swimming skills are required.

ADULT FITNESS
GROUP CYCLING Group Cycling is an indoor cycling program, that is more like a high-powered aerobics class than a nice, relaxing ride through a park. It is a great workout for people at any level of fitness, cyclist or not. LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE! SATURDAY MORNING SESSIONS 9:00am-9:45am TUESDAY/THURSDAY EVENING SESSIONS 7:00pm-7:45pm FEE: $4 member/$6 nonmember per class or pay in advance for entire month to reserve your bike **First Class Free (Subject to bike availability)**
STEP AEROBICS This class is a total body workout with low impact. Utilizes aerobic steps and light weights. TIME: Monday, Wednesday 6:15-7:15 pm Saturdays 10:00am-11:00am FEE: $24 member/$36 nonmember per month Or daily drop-in rate $4 member/$6 nonmember
CARDIO MIX UP This class is designed to strengthen and gain endurance muscles, build a higher cardiovascular endurance rate, and help in the process of weight loss. TIME: 5:30pm-6:20pm, Tue & Thursday FEE: $28 member/$42 nonmember per month Or daily drop-in rate $5 member/$7 nonmember
