Silver Sneakers is Here!!!
The Rittman Recreation Center is proud to announce the arrival
of the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program!
The program, brought to us by Healthways, is "an innovative
health, exercise, and wellness program helping older adults live
fun, healthy, active lifestyles. "
Silver Sneakers entails seniors (residents of the City of Rittman,
as well as non-residents), who have insurance approved by the
program, to a free membership.
Find out today if your health plan offers the program. Visit
www.silversneakers.com
or call the number on your health plan ID card.
If your plan doesn't offer SilverSneakers, ask when they'll be
adding this valuable benefit!
